Smoke Free Europe Conference Abstracts

Dear reader,

This book of abstracts comprises the main contents of the Smokefree Europe: Conference on tobacco or health. The conference will take place 2-4 October 1996 in Helsinki, Finland. Smokefree Europe has been organized by the Finnish Centre for Health Education and Ministry of Social Affairs and Health.

The abstracts have been arranged according to the daily programme of the forum. This was done to help the participants choose from several parallel sessions of the conference. The themes and titles of the abstracts are listed in the table of contents in the beginning of the book. Individual authors can be found in the index of names.

While oral presentations in plenaries, main sessions and special sessions are in chronological order, poster presentations are given in alphabetic order.
