Many organizations are working toward improvements in tobacco legislation, environments, equity, self determination, education and health services. Unfortunately most of the thrust is uncoordinated and duplication of efforts are seldom recognized.
This paper is an effort to recognize the expertise and efforts of a great many organization and offer suggestions for future well being and health of the citizens.
