| | gang member now working in a gang prevention program. At an awards ceremony, he |
| | declined the prize in front of a stunned audience, citing nicotine addiction as having |
| | turned into "a war on black men." He called nicotine the "number one most addictive |
| | drug on the planet," and the audience of 150 gave him a standing ovation. |
