Jan.16, 2003 The Italian Parliament voted the Art. 51 of the Law n.3/2003 for the Public Administration, in which smoking was banned in public places.
Dec.29, 2003 The Official Gazette published the Regulation of the law, and fixed the coming into force for 1 year. So, Dec.29, 2004 it would be running. But just the moth before its running, tha Parliamente declined the date to Jan.10, 2005.
In these days we were informede that there is a debate at the Italian Senate and maybe the law can have another extension time of ONE YEAR MORE. We don't want that profit lobbies win! Help us, please. more info >>
